The quirky jog wheel aside, using this mobile was pretty comfortable. The camera performed well too. It isn't the smallest mobile for the pocket, though, and the screen does pick up finger-grease easily. Read more

There’s plenty to be admired about the KU990. On looks alone it will wow many would-be buyers, but the imaging functionality in this device offers an unusually rich variety of shooting and editing options in-phone, both with its five-megapixel stills capability and 120fps video shooting trickery. First off I have read a few reviews of this mobile phone prior upgrading and signing a year of my life over to owning it and was somewhat puzzled by the mix of reviews that I came accross on various sites. There seems to be a split of opinion over this shiny black marvel. As you can see from some of my other reviews, I am partial to shiny black items. Overall the phone is one of the better on the market. The downside to the sleek look is the navigation wheel sometimes causes problems when trying to use. The touchscreen gives the opportunity to write messages etc using the more traditional predicitive text, a qwerty keyboard or by recognising your handwriting. Battery seems to run down quite a lot when using camera or video however is quick to charge. Read more

The LG Viewty is a stunning phone! I just received my upgrade yesterday and I screamed when I saw the packaging for the LG! The camera is a stunning 5MP and the touch screen is an absolute delight. ITS A MUST HAVE. Quite frankly I’d rather have this than the iPhone. Read more

Upgrade time again :)
Due an upgrade on my mobile on O2, the main ones that are catching my eye are the SE K850i and the LG LG KU990 Viewty. My last few phones have been Nokia, the present one being the N73, which in my opinion is terrible. It was good for the first few months then it began to become really slow and needed reset. It needs reset every month or so to keep it fast. Other problems...

It's just sad that a lot of people are taken in by the publicity and hype of a phone that doesn't exactly have "revoultionary" features. PC ADVISOR gave my phone 3.5 out of 5 in their recent review and this is what is said in the verdict, "The LG KU990 Viewty is just about the right side of small enough to be more phone than phone-cum-other gadgetry, but it doesn't have the visual wow that the iPhone has in abundance.
