We wouldn't necessarily choose the 8310, available for free on a £30 a month contract with Vodafone, over a dedicated GPS unit for navigation duties and the lack of 3G and Wi-Fi support is disappointing, but the 8310's slim design, full Qwerty keyboard and top class email features mean it's still an impressive messaging device. I have had a lot of phones over the years - tried all brands. I wont name names but all I can say is this blackberry is the most reliable phone I have ever had. It gives me everything I possibly need as well as the added safety of a satnav/gprs. It is extremely light and portable and although looks big it fits comfortable into my hand and the qwerty keyboard means texting and emailing is as quick as it is on a regular computer. Just got this phone today & really like it. I gave it 95 per cent for features as its a shame there is no video record otherwise would have been 100 per cent. I went on Blackberry website to look at the online manual as manual that come in the box is very basic as already stated.
