The Panasonic SC-HTB520 is a soundbar that allows users to mount the unit on a wall by a TV and supports Stream Out for 3D image signals and Audio Return Channel. It can be configured to supports 3D entertainment by combining it with a FULL HD 3D home theatre system with a 3D Blu-ray Disc™ player and 3D VIERA TV. The SC-HTB520 is compatible with 42 inch panel displays and includes a separate, wireless Down Firing subwoofer. It is designed with a black stainless mesh material front with a mirror finish and a coating that resists dust and fingerprints.

Features

The SC-HTB520 features Clear-Mode Dialog that supports optimized dialog voices on video and vocals on music. It also features virtual surround technology which reproduces surround sounds from the front speakers that wrap around the listening position, Down Firing Subwoofer with wireless system that supports deep bass and does not require connection to the main unit by cables, and compatibility with ARC (Audio Return Channel) which allows users to receive audio signals from the TV. Users can place the soundbar by the television or wall mount and connect it with just one HDMI cable. The SC-HTB520 is available in April 2011.
