LG HT-953TV

The LG HT-953TV is a 1000W Home Cinema Micro System that is jointly developed by LG and Mr Mark Levinson. It features iDock and 10.1 virtual sound and is recommended for a large room of above 20 metres square feet. The dimensions (W x H x D) for the LG HT-953TV are 360 x 1005 x 324 mm for the main, 300 x 1250 x 300 for the front speaker, 400 x 110 x 95 mm for the center speaker, 230 x 410 x 430 mm for the subwoofer and the whole carton is of a 1252 mm x 567 mm x 447 mm size.

Features

The LG HT-953TV sports a power output of 1000W and has a power consumption rate of 120 Watt while operating and less than 1W when switched off. In terms of its amplifier, it has a power out put of 155W for the two front ones, center as well as the rear and 225 W for the subwoofer. It supports functions which include CD, DVD, SCART, AUX, Portable IN and FM/ RDS radio. Interfaces include output terminal of front, center, rear and subwoofer of a push-in type. As for it audio features, it includes sound effect DTS, sound effect Dolby Digital, sound effect Dolby Prologic II, sound effect DSP sound mode, sound effect 2Ch stereo (by-pass), test tone, sound level, mute, dot matrix display, dimmer, sleep, screen saver, sound effect VSM, sound effect DTS ES, natural EQ and auto EQ. As for the tuner, it is of a PLL type and an FM band. It also has a tuning range (FM1/ 50kHz, 100kHz) of 87.50 ~ 108.00 MHz (50kHz) and up to 50 random station presets. The LG HT-953TV has progressive scan for both PAL and NTSC as well as DVD GUI. It is of a one DVD tray type and can support discs in formats that include CD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, CDG, VCD, SVCD, CD-R/CD-RW, MP3CD, WMA, JPEG Viewer, Divx 5.0 and Xvid. For convenience, the LG HT-953TV allows USB recording and volume on TV.
