The HKTS-11's are almost identical to the newer and more expensive hkts-18's in every way. Why pay more for the same thing? If you are looking to spend under 600 bucks on a surround sound system including the reviver, then you have two options. One, buy a pre-packaged HTIB (home theatre in the box. Two, buy a separate receiver and then add your own speakers. I chose to do the second. For the same price, I bought a real component receiver and then added these speakers and... Read more

I connected this with my Onkyo 7.1 1000W receiver. It had great sound with original spks. These are not up to mark with Onkyo spks but still doing their job. They are very attractive in design, but due to light weight spks they do not have very good bass effect when used without sub. Sub is very powerful, very nicely designed. I am still not able to open it fully. Even with a little push it is great in creating vibrations. Read more

The difference is amazing, I knew my amp was good but didn't realise how much my old Teac speakers were holding back the quality of the amp. Sounds are much crisper, bass is amazing without being overpowering, and the whole sound is now much more immersive. I was seriously considering the Q ACOUSTIC's or the... Read more
