The YST-SW012 Subwoofer exploits Advanced Yamaha Active Servo Technology (YSTII) with QD-Bass (Quatre Dispersion Bass) and Linear Port for maximum performance.

The Front-firing Active Subwoofer, YST-SW012 from Yamaha, utilizes a 20cm (8’) cone multi range driver with magnetic shielding able to produce 100 watt of dynamic power. YST II technology and QD-Bass Technology and Linear Port configuration ensures low frequency response as well as high frequency power output. It also features Plasma Displays, Advanced Negative Impedance converter (ANIC) circuits and high density MDF cabinet. The package is available in multi finishes such as Silver, Black and Cheery.

    Once again buying through Amazon is easy and efficient. I received this item on time for a good price. This is an awesome subwoofer for the price. I use it in a 15X20 room and the smooth thump of the bass completely fills the room. I purchased it to replace the burned out subwoofer from my Logitech Z-5500. I paired it with the Yamaha RX-V363BL 500 Watt 5.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver and used the remaining surround sound speakers from my Logitech to complete the... Read more

    I bought this sub as a temporary replacement for a Celestion S8 which was being repaired, I now like it so much that Im gonna keep it in pride of place on my cinema setup! Its much better musically than my old sub which is what really surprised me! Quality build as usual from Yamaha. Buy it, you wont be sorry. Read more
