There is little to complain about once you cover the blue LED, but it is a pretty fundamental design issue when the speakers are to sit alongside a monitor. That beige of yesteryear was supposed to reduce eye fatigue (by being so boring you’d never be distracted by it), and a toning down of front mounted LEDs would be welcome. Though one does need to push them high to get the best, the Creative GigaWorks T20s are still a superb set of 2-channel speakers that represent stunningly good value. If you want smart dekstop looks, great sound and minimal installation fuss, the T20s should be just about perfect. Read more

Creative's GigaWorks T20 has few faults. Audio fans will savour the added sophistication the speakers bring to MP3, while gamers will thrill to the extra bang for their buck when hooked up to a PC running the likes of Doom3. Read more

The speakers that came as standard with our PC package can only be described as poor, the quality of the sound produced, the bass and volume controls were of such a low quality that after a couple of weeks of listening to my MP3 files through them and becoming frustrated I had something which my husband described as a “Tasmanian Devil” incident and subsequently punched a hole in the closest speaker.
