    Hello there, upon my headphones appearing in need to be charged again, I have as usual plugged them into the base. However the green light or 'charging indicator' is flashing. Can you please advise, as I unable to find any manuals online?

    Flashing indicator could mean a bad battery, or it's not receiving a charge, make sure it's connected

    thanks but that's what I checked in the first place. I only bought them a year ago and I'm not using them a great deal...so is it definitely possible that the battery needs changing? where do i even find a new one. sorry about this but there is no manual for

    any rechargeable batteries should work, just make sure they match the voltages and Mah

    The Philips batteries have a shortened plastic sleeve, which allows the metal case of the battery to make contact with 2 additional contacts in the battery slot. If you trim ~4mm of the plastic outer off, this should stop the flashing charging
