Conclusion: Only learnt to hit my old driver 2 months ago but it was an old cheap mass produced club and I wanted a driver I could grow with over the next 3-4 years. After reading the reviews and testing the feel in a few shops about town I decided on the X2 hot.
Good value, long, adjustable... what's not to like?

Summary: A driver which should add yards to your tee shots, with adjustable to help correct any swing faults
Pros: i tried 4 or 5 drivers with my coach using the flightscope system, and this one came out on top adding around 15 yards carry and producing a flatter ball flight with more run. The adjustability is straightforward, and the design (including a dark grey face) look great during set up compared to th...
Cons: More of a downside to Callaway and Taylormade... stop releasing so many drivers so often! it's getting more difficult to believe the stats when the same brand has 3-5 different drivers on the market, all claiming to be the longest, straightest etc... Maybe less is more?
Excerpt: I have the 3 -5 in the Calloway hot 2 series! Easy to use and great distance! I replaced my original hot series with these magnificent clubs. Sounds tinny but it's more of MUSICAL TING! the grey head is ok with me .
Summary: I think that this Hybrid club works well on the fairway and also out of the rough.Think on the fairway I am getting more distance......that's also a good thing Very satisfactory good investment
Excerpt: A wonderful club. I have the 2H and 4H, which are like 2i/5w and 4i/7w replacements. You basically get 3 clubs for the price of one: a recovery club, wood and long iron. The ball really flies well off the club face and makes a great sound. Superb of the tee or from the deck.
Summary: Awesome club! I love the X2 Hot hybrids and woods. I was a little nervous buying a club online that was used and given the description of "acceptable" (which was the lowest rating Callaway gives to their used clubs). But when I got it I was more than satisfied.
