Conclusion: Only learnt to hit my old driver 2 months ago but it was an old cheap mass produced club and I wanted a driver I could grow with over the next 3-4 years. After reading the reviews and testing the feel in a few shops about town I decided on the X2 hot. Very happy with the club and service from golfbidder. Looking forward to learning the club in time for next season and bringing my handicap down and taking down a comp or 2 in the summer.
Good value, long, adjustable... what's not to like?

Summary: A driver which should add yards to your tee shots, with adjustable to help correct any swing faults
Pros: i tried 4 or 5 drivers with my coach using the flightscope system, and this one came out on top adding around 15 yards carry and producing a flatter ball flight with more run. The adjustability is straightforward, and the design (including a dark grey face) look great during set up compared to the TM DSLR, which i found to shiny at address. Added bonus was the inclusion of a free hybrid, which went on ebay to bring the cost down considerable :-)
Cons: More of a downside to Callaway and Taylormade... stop releasing so many drivers so often! it's getting more difficult to believe the stats when the same brand has 3-5 different drivers on the market, all claiming to be the longest, straightest etc... Maybe less is more?
Excerpt: I have the 3 -5 in the Calloway hot 2 series! Easy to use and great distance! I replaced my original hot series with these magnificent clubs. Sounds tinny but it's more of MUSICAL TING! the grey head is ok with me .
Pros: I purchased this X Hot S hybrid 3 19degree for my wife as i play with a X Hot hybrid . We both think that they are the best thing from sliced bread and the distance the ball flies is tremendious from any where on the course.
