Features

The DFL-200 is a hardware-based VPN Firewall designed to meet the security and remote access needs of small to medium businesses. It provides integrated Network Address Translation (NAT), firewall, IDS protection, Content Filtering, traffic shaping and Virtual Private Network (VPN). In order to provide and maintain maximum network performance, it incorporates network management feature, such as Access Polices and SNMP. Meanwhile, it supports e-mail alerts, system log and real-time statistics for network security purpose. The DFL-200 is equipped with one RS-232 console port, one WAN port, one DMZ port and four trusted LAN ports. It allows direct connection for four computers or switches. The DMZ port is used to segment publicly accessed resources such as e-mail or FTP servers. By having the WAN port, users on the network can connect to the Internet. The WAN connection supports Dynamic IP Static IP PPPoE client or PPTP client. The DFL-200 includes additional features, such as custom and policy-based filtering options to enhance overall network security protection. Furthermore, it is equipped with an embedded VPN accelerator which supports up to 80 VPN connections. It measures 9.2 x 6.3 x1.4 inches in dimension and weighs 16.2 ounces.
