SMALL viewing area!!!! Watch out for misleading info!!!

Summary: Picture area way too small. It said 7 inches, which is usually how TV's measure there screen. This 7 inches included the frame... and thus the photo area was way small. Ugh. It's a gift and now it's a late gift!!!
Summary: You get what you pay for. Definition is not very good. I would get one with better definition, for sure. It's easy to use, and everything else seems to work properly. I don't like the fact that the SONY brand lights up in the frame.
Summary: I got this one for my 65+ uncle during Christmas and he was very happy with his gift. He was able to transfer pics easily and has placed this frame over the TV stand. Went to his home last week and he was showing me the pics that he had stored in it, using the remote. I could say that the picture quality could have been better or they should have provided the USB cable etc. but as they say "you get what you pay for" and in this case, its more than 'worth the $$ spent'.
Summary: This is an excellent item on which to show one's family photographs. It is very easy to use and to load photographs. The only drawbacks are it does not have an internal battery, so it needs to be near an electrical outlet and it does not come with a cable or memory card. So, you must possess or purchase either one to download photographs to this digital picture frame. The quality of the pictures viewed is excellent and the remote control makes it very convenient to use.
Summary: Pros: Price, Ease of Setup/Use, Remote Control Cons: Bland picture quality, lack of battery I purchased this for my mother-in-law. It's okay at best and I am surprised at how mediocre the picture quality is. We have a rival brand at home (Phillips) that is the same 7" size and the difference is night and day. This unit also lacks a USB Cable which would have made life easier in setting it up, out of the box, for my awesome in-law.
Summary: Seems to be of good quality, but a few things to keep in mind: First, 7" means that the entire unit is 7" on a diagonal. (Actually, it's more like 8".) It does not mean that the picture screen size is 7". (The picture screen size is more like 6".) Second, it does not have a port where you can directly plug in a traditional USB memory drive (commonly known as a "thumb drive").
Summary: You can't go wrong when you buy a sony. Just love it. Recommend this picture frame to anyone looking for something to put in their memory card and forget about everything, simply watch your pictures change from frame to frame. Well worth every penny. Good deal. Recommend it to anyone looking for something to view their SD Card before getting actual pics developed.
