    . It was one of a pair of models being promoted by Panasonic as the ideal travel cameras, tough and versatile with 28-280mm-equivalent 10x zoom lenses.     The Panasonic DMC-TZ3 is a very compact camera with a sharp 28-280mm (35mm equivalent) zoom lens. As the 28mm wide angle and 10x zoom range cover every popular focal length, this is a great camera for travelling and for holidays. The AF system is fast and responsive, while the optical image stabilizer permits using the telephoto settings without a tripod. The nickname ‘Traveller’ is very well chosen. Read more

    I selected this camera from a number of different products, after a lot of research , and I felt that it offered the best value for its size, gaining a lot of the advantages of high specification without the bulk and cost of a digital SLR. Read more
