Digital Camera Review website

Review Summary

The Fujifilm Finepix Z10fd is a small and light digital camera with seven megapixels and a 3x optical zoom and 2.5-inch display. There’s a built-in crop tool to cut photos down before putting them on a computer or a website. There’s also the auction mode, which puts together multiple pictures into one. This unit includes the slide-open lens cover, and a mode that takes four images in one frame. Image stabilization is a feature that does a good job at getting steady shots but affects the bright and clear colours that the camera produces in its normal mode. There’s a certain feature whereby it allows users to have a mode that takes four images in one frame, so they only have to pay for one uploaded pic on eBay. Reviewers from the site vnunet.com noted that one of its features, the auction mode is useless if users are not using it for selling things in an online auction listing. A certain reviewer noted that this brand’s rivals may make slimmer and sexier models than this, but the latest Finepix jobbie is a true budget wonder. Reviewers from another site t3.com concluded that although the Z10fd won’t be on pro-snappers’ Christmas wish lists, the £130 price tag ensures that anyone after a cheap, simple-to-use, robust camera will want to have a look.

While the all-plastic construction may have some worried that the thing would break in a slight breeze, those fears are unfounded, it can take normal use quite well. Not only that this has to be one of the best looking compact cameras that has graced us in many a year. We had in for review a red model and it looked marvellous. You wouldn't need to feel unfashionable when you bought this out to take holiday snaps. Looks aside, the camera comes with 25MB of internal memory... Read more

I had an older Nikon camera before I puchased this camera, so when I got it I was amazed with everything about it. The moment I got home I went out and took pictures of everything around my horse and I was thrilled with the quality. To be honest, it seemed like it took professional pictures. Yes, thats how good the quality if. I love the color choices. So much better than just a plain silver or black camera. I myself own a green one. I also really like the large screen.... Read more

I cannot tell you how terribly disappointed I am in this camera, each and every time I load the photos in my computer. Yes, managing the settings is very easy and the thing is very cute and small so fits into any pocket. But what good is a camera with results that can't be predicted? What good are the special settings if you know they will produce a blurry photo, all except the very brightest settings? When it was brand new, I got one nice landscape shot but portraits,... Great camera. Great photos. Great colour! :) Extremely easy to use when taking and downloading photos. An absolutely brilliant camera for the price, especially for anyone who prefers an easy-to-use camera with lots of unconfusing features. Purchased the Z10 camera case also, which has kept it in mint condition for nearly two years now. Read more

I bought this camera in pink just before my leavers prom, over a year ago. I was looking for a new camera for a few weeks beforehand but it got to the afternoon before the big event and I still hadn't got one so as this was on offer in Tesco, I went for it! I honestly wish I hadn't bothered... There is very little I like about this camera . The colour is pretty nice, I suppose! I have found two main faults with this camera; the first being that the shutter will often... Read more
