This isn't the smallest camera out there, however the in-camera technology and features make this a very versatile camera indeed. Turning the flash off did mean there is a tendency of the F200EXR over compensating to get the shot and pumping up the ISO. While this means you do get that image pretty much regardless of the situation, the results can be a little noisy. The upshot to all this however, is that you've got the shot in the bag rather than a burred mess when you... Read more

In spite of a few irritating details (no HD video or HDMI socket, no HD LCD screen or automatic image rotation…), the FinePix F200EXR delivers excellent image quality and benefits from exemplary processing of electronic noise up to 800 ISO. Responsive and good across the board (stabilised 28-140 mm zoom) the F200EXR will be attractive to those looking for a fully automtic compact. Read more

The Fujifilm FinePix F200EXR is a fantastic camera. The brand new EXR sensor delivers the improved high-ISO quality promised by Fujifilm, and the high-dynamic-range mode is just brilliant. Fujifilm may just have pulled the rug out from under its rivals Read more

: The Fujifilm FinePix F200EXR is a noticeable improvement over the F100 in a number of areas: the controls are greatly improved, the screen is bigger, the camera now features manual controls, and the EXR sensor offers better dynamic range and low noise at 6 megapixels. However the new sensor is not as good as the older 6mp cameras from Fuji such as the F30, which is a shame, and the price seems to have increased. Perhaps Fuji could release a 6mp version of this camera... Read more

I purchased this camera for the sole purpose of just having a supposedly good digital camera. After being shipped to me, it sat in my closet for approximately 6 months until my cousins wedding. In my family, I am usually the one enjoying the festivities. Not the one trying to embrace every second with a momentum. On this occasion, I decided to take my FUJIFilm Finepix F200EXR Digital Camera for a spin. I took a bunch of pictures because you never know which ones you... Read more

This review is from: Fujifilm Finepix F200EXR Digital Camera - Black (12MP, 5x Optical Zoom) 3 inch LCD (Electronics) At last, an affordable compact that makes taking pictures a pleasure! The wide-angle lens and macro function make you feel creative and the speedy shutdown is very useful when you're out and about. Okay, it's a little on the heavy side and the menus aren't as intuitive as they could be. True, the ISO rating it chooses is often high, but the "F" menu does... Read more

Fed up of lugging a Nikon D300 around I purchased the Fuji 200 EXR for reasonable quality casual snapping. Firstly build. The camera is a little thicker than the average compact but easily fits into a jacket pocket or even a shirt pocket if you want to be flash. It is a fairly weighty item and appears to be solidly built with firm but small press buttons. The mode selector on the back of the camera seems reasonably positive and without any noticeable excessive play.... Read more
