For the price the device was good for my circumstances but the customer care was poor.

Summary: I bought a Muvi Atom in Feb 2013. I also bought the waterproof case as I was using it for my commute to work by pedal bike in all weathers. I managed to fit it to the front of my bike helmet by strapping it through the helmet's vents.
Summary: This is the second Veho I have purchased, the first was returned due to excessive static noise. This one has the same problem but to a lesser degree. The website suggests this is due to the highly sensitive microphone and will pick up noise in an apparently quiet noise.
Summary: Bought it and used for only two times, then it can't be turned on anymore. Contacted the seller promptly but he had excuses like technician's away or something. Just didn't give any practical solution.
