In strong sunlight or well-lit interiors, the Panasonic SDR-S26 is highly impressive. It’s less so in dimmer conditions – what you see on the LCD doesn’t necessarily translate to a nice, bright set of footage when played back on a PC. The pana had a few less lines of resolution but the best zoom, no external audio input and a short battery life of 40min but where it really excelled was... Read more
Panasonic needs to go back to the drawing board on this product. Its 70x optical zoom feature is excellent but it appears that the picture quality looks sharper the more you zoom in, but is pretty poor quality zoomed all the way out. Read more
