Panasonic NV-GS180

  • Excerpt: The Panasonic NV-GS180... Having a 3CCD camcorder is the best thing in the camcorder world. 3CCD is the technology used in news/TV cameras to give you that crystal clear cut video!!! And i must say, this camera is the best i have seen around, for the price as well as the quality. It has plenty of functions to fiddle around with, but the end all is that the video quality is fantastic and i reccomend anyone starting off from making their own home videos, to videoing as a...

  • Excerpt: I bought this camera for holidays and family occasions. I already own several broadcast quality cameras, which are all too bulky for domestic use. Two things attracted me to this camera 3CCD chip technology - 1 chip for each primary colour - most domestic camcorders only have 1. and; The price, under £300.00 makes this excellent value. It delivers crisp clear images and good colour reproduction that will stand head and shoulders above single chip models.
  • Pros: small, light, excellent picture quality, 3 CCD, zoom mic
  • Cons: stuggles in low light

Very good video camcorder at a reasonable price

  • Excerpt: The Panasonic 180 is the "entry level" 3CCD camcorder from Panasonic. I bought mine from Currys at just under £300. For me, picture quality is the one essential that a camcorder must deliver, and the Panasonic 3CCD cameras deliver tjhis in spades. The pictures you can get from the cheapest in the range are every bit as satisfying as those from all but the very top, "pro-am", camera at several hundred pounds more.
  • Pros: Excellent video
  • Cons: No stabilisation in widescreen

  • Excerpt: This is a good quality product that offers good value for money in the very short term. Although as with most electronic products, the value will deteriorate over time and should be able to get a cheaper version next year. It's a great little device with plenty of features that I would highly recommend. This really is a wonderful piece of kit that should go well with many accessories because it really looks good.
  • Pros: Good Value Product
  • Cons: None

Un bijou

Rambo57, Ciao
12 October 2008

  • Cons: Pas grand angle, pas DV IN

Un petit camescope avec une grande qualité

Poneydidine, Ciao
29 August 2007
