I just installed the MEX-R1 about a week already, what I can say is I can`t wait to seat in my car and drive thru all the traffic jams just to enjoy the system. It is good thou if you need to boost it up, make sure you have a a good 4 Channel (or more) Digital Amp for the front and rear speakers with another set of amp for the SubWoofer (12` is recommended).
