The Nikon Monarch 8x42 DCF is a binoculars that has a magnification of up to 8x. It also has field of view 100m/1000m.Weighing 210g, it is fogproof and also waterproof. Its objective lens diameter is 42mm and eye relief is 19.6mm. It features a fully multicoated lens and has a maximum of 6.3 degree view angle.

The Nikon Monarch 8x42 DCF is an all terrain binoculars that offers 8x magnification with a 42mm lens. The close focusing distance is 2.5 m. binoculars also is waterproof and fogproof with O-ring seals and nitrogen gas. Its chassis is made out of polycarbonate. The rubber coating provides non-slip in wet or dry conditions. It features phase corrected prisms, full multi coating that is used to increase light transmission, it also uses eco-glass that is without lead or arsenic to make it an environmentally friendly product. The Nikon Monarch features a large center focus wheel , close focus of eight feet and turn and slide rubber eyecups. It also features rubber armouring for shock resistance.
