The Nikon Monarch 8x36 DCF features lenses and prisms that are all multi-layer coated. In addition to that, its roof prisms are phase correction coated and high-reflection mirror coating. The high-eyepoint design helps provide a clear field of view. It features a magnification of up to 8 x. The objective diameter is 36mm and has an angular field of view (real) of 7, and angular field of view (apparent) of 56. The field of view at 1000yds is 367ft. The close focus distance is 8.2ft. Besides that the exit pupil is 4.5mm. Its relative brightness is 20.3 and the eye relief is 17 mm. The Nikon Monarch 8x36 DCF weighs 19.8oz/ 560g. The eco glass optics are free of lead and arsenic.
