I've owned several binoculars prior to this type, this is my 2nd Nikon, the first one being the regular Action 7X35. As with any Nikon optical product, the optics of these binoculars are superb. The Bak-4 High Index Prism optics offer sharp,detailed images with little or no distortion. And the sharpness is amazing. This are the best binoculars I ever owned. It's light to handle, it has really good coated optics. I tested a few other brands, but this set worked out the best for me. I like the zoom feature as opposed to some other binoculars without zoom. In short, these are the best binoculars for the money :o) Read more
